    City Reserving Service has been working for 5 years in the field of service market concerning hotel accommodation in Moscow, St.Peterburg and other cities of Russia and Community of Independent States. On our credits side a wide net of hotels and boarding houses agreements in order to find equal to the Customer's demand variant. There is a wide net of office; we have got a trained staff an experience in business and common interest in customers.
    Our reserving services are free of charge. We have discounts up to 20% for published hotel prices.
    We offer the following services:
- hotel reserving over the Russia and Community of Independent States;
- transport services;
- sightseeing tour services.

Rules of Service

   1. Order for reserving is e-mail sent by the Customer and it is to have the following: City, Last Name, First Name, Hotel Name and possible variants of substitution category and quantity of rooms, date of residing, additional services and wishes.
   2. Our service sends residing confirmation to the customer immediality or as quick as possible, but not later then twenty-four hours upon recept of an order with e-mail or facsimile in any case.
   3. If the confirmation of the ordered by the customer hotel fails, our service offers other variants.
   4. Change in the order previously made is sent to the Customer in the form of primary order.

Payments

   1.Cost -all prices are indicate in "conditional units" (cu)(1cu = 1 US dollar), width 20% of value added tax included; -prices are indicated per individual clients prices per group of people are discussed in addition; -reserving is free of charge excepting specifically stipulated cases when 25% cost of the first twenty-four hours residing is charged.
   2.Payment procedure Service confirmed payment is to be carry out in the course of 3 days after drawing up an account unless specified otherwise. There may be cash payment and payment on a clearing basis.
   Cash payment may be done (including credit cards) -at any office of the firm; -through banks working with private persons payments (Sberbank,Autobank,Alfabank,Gutabank and other)
