To process an order, you
have to send a request for a chosen apartment or hotel by email. If the flat or hotel is
available for a mentioned period of time, it will be reserved for you. In this case,
other clients can't reserve this flatl. The only thing you have to do is to send us
weekly confirmations that your plans concerning rent don't change. If we don t receive
your confirmation reservation will be immediately canceled.
Further, before 3-4 days of your arrival you have to email or phone us
in order to get information about further procedure. There are unsignificant
differences in check-in process it depends upon an apartment. A client should decide if he
wants to be picked up in the airport and brought by car to a place (this is
possible for additional price) or he arrives himself to the mentioned address. A client
discusses with the landlord personally all the additional conditions and responsibility.
At client s request, an agreement may be concluded and all necessary papers provided. On
inhabiting, a client should provide authentic passport data.
Before a client settles, he has to pay for the whole period of staying.
After paying, he is given a key. Date and procedure of moving is discussed personally with
an owner of the apartment. Pay your attention: as a rule, 12 a.m. is a check-in time in
our hotels. That means that you will pay additional fees if you settle before of after
this hour. If you rent an apartment a check-in time may vary. If the period of staying is
24 hours and you stay for a few hours more, you will have to pay for those hours as you
would pay for 24 hours.
Sometime we recommend our clients to make a deposit for a full
guarantee. It s especially actual for the period of holidays and vacations. In these days
demand really exceeds supply. But ordering in advance and making prepayment, a client has
chances to guarantee an accommodation for a cheaper price.
If a client rejects accommodation for which he has already made a
prepayment, money is not given back. Money is not given back if a client by any reason
stays for a lesser period of time. If a client is coming later than agreed he pays for the
whole period beginning from the agreed date.
In case of urgent order, we will be able to provide accommodation during
one hour provided that there are apartments available.
